Scope
This policy applies to the Agnicode customer platform, product APIs, support channels, public forms, and other services that link to it. It forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to users, organizations, and anyone acting through their accounts.
Security and platform abuse
You must not:
- access an account, tenant, system, or data without authorization;
- probe, scan, exploit, disrupt, overload, or bypass security or rate limits except under written authorization;
- introduce malware, destructive code, credential theft, phishing, or denial-of-service activity;
- use automated access in a way that harms the service or exceeds documented interfaces and limits; or
- hide or misrepresent identity to facilitate abuse or fraud.
Illegal or harmful use
You must not use the services to violate law or another person's rights; facilitate fraud, harassment, exploitation, unlawful discrimination, or violence; distribute unlawful content; or collect, expose, or trade personal data without a valid legal basis and required notices.
Content and intellectual property
You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit. Do not upload material that infringes intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, or contractual rights, or that contains deceptive source or ownership claims.
Accounts, access, and resale
Keep credentials secure, use assigned roles honestly, and promptly remove access that is no longer needed. Do not sell, lease, sublicense, or share access outside the licensed organization unless an order form or product term expressly permits it.
Investigation and enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action, including limiting an abusive request, removing unlawful content, suspending affected access, preserving evidence, or notifying an organization owner or lawful authority. Where risk allows, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy. Urgent action may be taken to protect users, third parties, or the service.
Report misuse
Report suspected abuse to legal@agnicodetechnologies.com. Report vulnerabilities through our private security channel. Do not publicly disclose secrets or personal data in a report.
