Security at Agnicode

Clear security commitments without publishing the playbook.

Agnicode protects the customer relationship through responsible product practices, account controls, careful data handling, and a private reporting path. This public page explains what customers can expect while sensitive implementation details remain confidential.

Security is part of product stewardshipPublic commitments, shared responsibility, and private reporting.

Public commitments

What customers can expect from Agnicode.

These commitments focus on the service relationship and the outcomes customers need to understand. They are intentionally separate from confidential technical and operational detail.

Account protection

We provide account-security features and keep private customer work behind authenticated account experiences.

Clear access ownership

Organizations, membership, roles, and product access are presented in a shared customer context so ownership is easier to review.

Careful data handling

Customer information is used to provide, support, and improve the services described in our public policies and product experiences.

Responsible product delivery

Security and privacy are considered throughout product design, engineering, release, and ongoing service work.

A clear support path

Customers can contact Agnicode about account, product, privacy, or security concerns through documented public channels.

Private vulnerability reporting

Good-faith security researchers can report suspected vulnerabilities privately so the concern can be reviewed safely.

Shared responsibility

Good security also depends on clear customer actions.

Agnicode is responsible for the services it provides. Customers remain responsible for the people, devices, information, and decisions within their control.

Step 01

Protect account access

Use strong, unique credentials, enable the security options available to you, and do not share account access.

Step 02

Review workspace membership

Keep organization members and responsibilities current, especially when someone changes role or leaves a team.

Step 03

Report unusual activity

Contact us promptly if you suspect account misuse, unexpected access, or a vulnerability affecting an Agnicode service.

Public assurance boundary

Useful transparency has a deliberate limit.

Customers deserve clear commitments and accurate claims. Publishing a defensive blueprint would not improve either, so implementation-specific information is handled privately when appropriate.

What this page does—and does not—claim

  • We describe customer-visible commitments without publishing defensive architecture, configurations, provider details, or operational playbooks.
  • We do not display certification, audit, uptime, or compliance claims unless they are current, relevant, and independently supportable.
  • Public terms and privacy notices explain the service relationship; customer-specific questions can be discussed through a private contact channel.

Security questions

A public answer when it is useful, a private channel when it is safer.

These answers set expectations without exposing sensitive operational information or overstating independent assurance.

Does Agnicode publish its detailed security architecture?

No. Public pages explain our commitments and customer responsibilities, but sensitive diagrams, configurations, control implementation, and operating procedures remain private. This reduces unnecessary exposure while still giving customers a clear way to ask questions.

Does this page claim a security certification or audit?

No. Agnicode does not use unsupported certification badges or imply an audit result through general security language. If an independently verified assurance becomes relevant and current, it will be described precisely.

What should I include in a security report?

Include the affected Agnicode product or page, what you observed, the potential impact, and safe reproduction steps. Please avoid accessing unrelated data or including credentials, secrets, or customer information in the initial message.

Where should privacy or account questions go?

Use the contact page for account and product support. Privacy questions can also be sent to the address listed in our public privacy notice. A suspected vulnerability should use the private security-report email link on this page.

Responsible disclosure

Report a suspected vulnerability privately.

Tell us which product or page is affected, what you observed, and how we can safely reproduce it. Do not include credentials, private keys, access secrets, or customer data in the initial report.
