Make a request
Signed-in users can submit and track a request from the Platform privacy request center. You can also email grievance.officer@agnicodetechnologies.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. Tell us the right you want to exercise, the Agnicode product or account involved, and the email address associated with it.
Do not send government identification unless we specifically request an appropriate verification method. We will never ask for a password, access token, or full payment-card number.
Verification and authorized requests
We verify requests in proportion to the sensitivity and risk of the data involved. We may confirm control of an account email or ask for limited additional information. If an authorized agent submits a request, we may ask for proof of authority and verify the user directly, where permitted.
Limits and retained records
A right may be limited by applicable exemptions, another person's rights, security needs, or legal duties. For example, we may retain invoices, transaction records, fraud-prevention signals, or a minimal record of a completed request. If we cannot fully honor a request, we will explain the applicable reason unless the law prevents that.
Cookies and tracking choices
Google Analytics and Grafana-powered analytics run only after permission. Anonymous audience totals — counts with no cookie, identifier, or IP address — run without asking, and Decline stops those too. Agnicode does not sell personal information or use cross-context behavioural advertising on this site. An enabled Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a decline for all analytics.
Appeal or complain
If you disagree with our response, reply to the request thread and ask for a review. You may also use our grievance process or complain to the competent data-protection authority where applicable. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
