Inclusive product quality

Accessibility statement

Our approach to accessible experiences, the standard we use as a reference, and how to request help or report a barrier.

Effective October 15, 2026Agnicode Technologies Private Limited

Our commitment

We want the Agnicode company site and customer platform to be usable by people with diverse abilities, devices, and assistive technologies. We treat accessibility as an ongoing product-quality responsibility, not a one-time certification.

Measures we take

  • Use semantic page structure, labels, landmarks, and heading order.
  • Support keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators.
  • Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.
  • Use theme-aware contrast and respect reduced-motion preferences.
  • Review core journeys at responsive sizes and with automated checks.
  • Include accessibility in design and code review.

Standards and current status

We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our design and testing reference. This statement is a commitment and feedback channel; it is not a claim that every page or third-party service has been independently certified or is free from all accessibility barriers.

Third-party services

Some sign-in, payment, booking, documentation, or linked product flows may be delivered by third parties. Their accessibility is partly outside our direct control, but we welcome reports about barriers in those journeys and will work with the relevant provider where possible.

Request help or report a barrier

Email contact@agnicodetechnologies.com with “Accessibility feedback” in the subject. Include the page or task, the barrier, your browser or assistive technology if relevant, and the format or accommodation that would help.

We will acknowledge the report, investigate it, and provide a response or a reasonable alternative when we can. Please do not include passwords or other secrets.

Statement updates

We update this statement when our accessibility approach, platform, or contact route materially changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
